A new feature called "Ask Maps" lets patients have a full AI conversation inside Google Maps instead of scrolling through a list of results. Instead of typing "dentist near me," patients can now ask things like "find me a gentle dentist near me that's good with nervous patients and has Saturday hours." The AI then scans your Google Business Profile, reads through your actual review text (not just your star rating) and comes back with a personalized recommendation.
